Banned IP proxy address?

In 1 forum on internet when I go to that forum it says: "Error
You are banned. You may not
view the forums, post, make
new topics, send U2U's or edit
your posts."

I am not loggen in, I cleared all cache and cookies.

I tried UC browser and it works, but on opera mini it doesn't (except on opera mini 3.2).

So I figured out it is about proxy.
I tested online and seen that uc browser doesn't use any proxy.

So probably they have banned my newer version opera mini proxy.

I tried using online proxy to hide my ip...and it works! But when i want to register and enter captcha image codes...there is no image...it doesn't show!

Correct, many websites ban proxy users due to many of them being trolls or hackers. Most people have no valid reason to hide their IP address unless they are doing something wrong or illegal.

I suggest using http://www.vpnpower.net for you to unblock web sites. I have been with them since four years.
