what are the effects of such loss on the internet connection? thanx

If you got 15-22% loss from more than 200-500 pings that's not a big deal. It means that your connection is good. But if you got from 4 pings, it means that your connection is not too good.

To get less of pings, try to find a faster and more stable internet connection =)
