what do you think of this idea: prom?
so I want to ask this guy to prom. He's a college freshman I'm a highschool junior.
We don't get to see each other much so I'm going to ask him on facebook. Do you think it would be a cute idea to make a photoalbum with me holding up posterboards in 3 separate pictures saying Hey Phil So...You and me Prom?  any ideas help. Thanks Ads |

My first impression was 'she mentioned facebook - immediate disqualification' but then I read your plan: thats actually not a bad idea. I've seen many, many worse suggestions on here.

Asking him on facebook is very impersonal, so it will be very easy for him to impersonally reject you.
If you actually CALL him and he hears your voice kindly telling him you would enjoy spending your prom with him as your date, then he will feel special and more likely say yes. |

It's ok. I'm not a huge fan of over the internet asking someone to the prom.
