Why wont my computer sound?
i have a hp pavilion a1210n with windows xp.on e day my computer just stopped making sound the videos would play fine and everything but the sound worent come out . i downloaded realtek ac97 audio and i get sound now from the mic output en the back of my compter. in total my computer hase 2 outputs 1 in the front and one in the back just like the sound in and the mic . i also have a digital audio output it looks like a rca output cable. well now wen i conect it it only sound throo the mic input in the back . also i donte hear nthing wen i go on the internet or use some applications like sound editors. i really am tired of not hearing nothing on youtube or fb . somebody pleas answer my question >


smoebody answerd , but it dirent work.i downloaded the driver again and it dirent work. my computer sounds throo the mic input in the rear. i also have to have the oudio setting as if it was a bass sounding throu the mic input.

answer....dirent help much Sad
this is the link too all the drivers for your model pc....also check to make sure that your sound is NOT set to digital output and make sure your speakers are set to default and use the windows sound scheme to check for audio..good luck! http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softw...
yes the spekers are on and yes i tried downloading it from hp.com thanks but no thanks Sad

Download drivers ONLY from the manufacturer's website. >> hp.com
