Can other people see your Facebook groups?

Not like the groups, but like the ones you can put together in your chat. Because I wanna make a group of boys I like so I know who's on, but I don't want them to see (or, worse get a notification) me putting them in a group called "boys that i like chatting with" . Will they see it?

they won't... they won't see it or get a notification.. don't worry about it.... those groups are for u and only u will see them and no one else.

nope they are you're own private Group edit thingy
they wont know anything adn wont get a notice of it either
think about it., have you ever gotten one from a friend? nope
they'r private
