Just looking around the web I see they've had the domain name for 16 years, the site has a decent Google page rank 5, indicating many other sites are linking to it, the domain name registrar is concealing the real owner information, a common practice for home based businesses.

There are some complaints, and indications of a history of dealing in salvaged wrecks.
