i think i messed up my internet connection?

i did something with the internet connection wizard. i clicked on connection wizard then clicked icwconn1....then clicked manually config my telephone or network internet connection then clicked next. then selected i connect through a local area network. checked "automatic discovery of proxy server" now my internet doesnt work on ay computer in my house. plz help.

Tools/Internet Options/Connections tab, and then LAN Settings.

Uncheck where it says use a proxy server

You need the wireless Internet connection wizard if you have a wireless. There are different connection wizards. If you don't have a phone line connection on your computer than avoid that section or wizard. stay away from auto detect of proxy server until you know more of what you need. Let the computer find your connection and establish what kind of connection it is. Does this help?
