What is going on with my internet?
Ok so i have xplornet and they told me i had 3months free but when i got disconnected they said i owed 189 dollars from the 3monts and they said that its not 3 months free so we payed it and today my internet got disconnected again and said i owed the same amount but we payed it yesterday they even turned out internet back on yesterday when we payed it they said it takes around 24 hours for it to get to them but idk whats going on here

Classic case of a bad service by an ISP. If you have any written statement that the ISP was supposed to provide you 3 months free subscription, you can raise a complaint. Not with the ISP, but with the court.
