FB? Are we talking Facebook? I would be curious to know who she has on her friend's list. Personally, I only have family on mine. So, I might not add a girlfriend. Have you met her family? She may be just trying to avoid uncomfortable questions that arise like, "so, I noticed your boyfriend isn't on your friend's list anymore." She may not tell all of her family about who she is dating.

Try not to read to much into it, but find out the real reason she doesn't want to add you.
