how to use imessage??
so my friend on twitter asked me if I have iMessage, but obviously I'm not gonna give her my phone number lol, can I make a new Apple ID, and give her the Email to that? so will iMessage work with email

Yes just go to settings &gt; messages &gt; receive and send then add a email
