Timeline is the future of Facebook. Even if you could get your wall back right now, it would only be temporary....it appears as though Timeline is going to be how facebook is done.

there is no way to remove it - everyone is being converted to the timeline - it's the new look for facebook

this guide will help you learn how to use it

http://abrax.us/Facebook/TimelineChecklist.php

you can trick out your browser settings to IE7 to see your old page only on your own computer, but everyone else will be seeing your timeline and all the stuff you dont want them seeing, so it's really just not worth it

There's no way to undo the Timeline upgrade. Although for the moment Facebook did not make a clear statement in any of its official pages about how the upgrade would be deployed, and as a consequence there is a lot of false information going around, experienced users know that Facebook upgrades of this size have never been optional.

Besides, there are clear evidences that indicate that there will be no way to go back to the old Profile. Take a look at the article in the source to see what those evidences are.

Many hate the facebook timeline. Especially the fact that facebook seems to be forcing the same on every body. You will find this relevant http://infographics.socialnama.com/2012/...es-179132/
