I just moved and most of my neighbors have ATNT wifi so I called ATNT and asked them if I could get internet and the said that there are no more ports open . What can I do to open one?

You'd have to work it out with them since they are talking about their ports. Since they already let you go without helping you, I'd suggest another provider. I always recommend a cable connection (without the TV service), but you'll likely have Verizon and perhaps other providers, too.
