@ Rahul,

Have you ever uninstalled IE, totally and completely from Windows, Sir ? If you have done this
(and can prove beyond reasonable doubt that you have done this with facts to do so) then, please apply to an Senior Engineers job with Microsoft.

You should know that IE is an integral embedded part of Windows. One cannot simply uninstall it completely with out totally re-engineering Windows. and trust me when I say this, if you are sitting here answering Yahoo questions, then you are probably not in the caliber to do this reverse-engineering.

Internet Explorer is more than just a browser. It works as an underlying technology behind a number of internal Windows processes including updating, basic Windows functionality and more.

There are methods outlined on some other websites that appear to completely uninstall Internet Explorer and provide workarounds for the problems that removing it causes, but these are not recommended. Rremoving IE causes too many problems to be worth it, even with the workarounds.

Internet Explorer 11 can be reinstalled. Microsoft provides detailed instructions:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378

Hope you get it working.
