How do i remove YouTuAAdBloicukera from Google Chrome?

So I don't remember where this extension came from and I can't seem to remove it at all. The box for enable is checked and I can't uncheck it to remove it. It says it is installed by enterprise policy but to me it just seems like some kind of virus or something. Can someone tell me how to uninstall this?
When i go into developer mode, the id is "mdnnppimpkfcafajkihkmgdhldoanpcl" and it says "This extension is managed and cannot be removed or disabled"

You have to uninstall chrome manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.
