Video framedrop online videos?
ok when i watch an online video the frame rate will significantly drop, but the buffer is far ahead. The audio is solid, but the video is not. for some reason whenever i have my cursor on the video the frame rate increases, but it still is not 100%. what is the issue i dont think its my RAM cap maybe adware idk

Could be the flux capacitor of the processor. Or maybe theres a frog inside.
