Need help with getting onto or cancelling netflix?
Hi. About 6-8 months ago I created a Netflix account. Tried the free trial. Thought I cancelled it. I was at the bank the other day checking my balance and bank statement. I am still subscribed to it. Trouble is I've changed my email twice since then. I can't remember what email it was linked to. What name it is in (I rarely use my real name for online subscriptions like Netflix, Spotify etc. and I don't know what it means by credit or debit card on file. Please help me because I want to get back on it and use it being as I have been paying for it for almost a year

If your logging into Netflix using a web browser. Go to your profile and theres a big juicy cancel button. Click it and you can cancel your account straight away and not be billed again.
