how to talk to this girl?

i really like this girl and i think shes the most beautiful girl in the world but i never have a chance to talk to her... im never able to talk to girls and i also think shes afraid of me because she thinks im just being a "tough guy" when i dont smile or talk to girls in school (im pretty sure have social anxiety)

start off by seeing if she has a facebook or social thing online its always easier to start slow with communication with social anxiety.

Don't be too nervous and don't act like you're putting a lot of thought into the conversation. That will make it seem you are really forcing the conversation and will make it awkward. Just notice something she did, make a cute drawing or say a funny joke. Go up to her and compliment her on that to break the ice. Maybe ask if she like's to draw, etc. (whatever the subject you broke the ice is best) Soon, you'll be great friends, and maybe more!
