How can i stop my apps from automactially updating?
So I broke my phone a while ago and I ordered in a new one but it's still the same phone. It's a samsung stratosphere. I very stupidly allowed my apps to be automatically updated whenever an update comes along, but I hate it now. I don't want certain things to be updated such as instagram or the youtube app. I couldn't change anything in settings.

im assuming its android, with jelly bean you just open google play, open the file button and pick settings, theres a button that says auto update apps and you can change it there.

Try This...
Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Then try the Updates one at a time... Reset ( No Data will be Lost ) Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons. |
