Google Chrome "unable to access the network"?
I am using Google Chrome on a 3 week-old laptop that I got for Xmas. The internet connection was flawless - however, three days ago I began getting error messages that read "unable to access the network" at random times whilst loading a page. All I have to do to get the page to load is refresh it; but it happens so often it's maddening. It also happens whilst playing videos; the video will freeze and will be unresponsive to attempts to rewind and play it. This one's the real problem because I usually have to refresh the page a few times before the video will begin working again. I don't think my wi-fi connection is the problem, though it is possible. Any possible causes and remedies?

Check if the internet connection works by trying in your phone or another laptop. If it doesn't, restart your router but if it still doesn't work, call your internet company. If it works in the other laptop then you should restart the laptop or disconnect and reconnect to the wifi. If it still doesn't work go to the store you bought it.
