Help Advertise my business?
I am starting my own business and I am wanting ideas of places that I can advertise my photography business. I have already put ads on Craigslist, I have taken a ad out in my local newspaper. I have even emailed the local radio stations to get information about advertising on there website. I also have a website as well as a Facebook page. I have made a bunch of business cards up now just waiting for them to arrive in the mail.

Any other ideas as to ways on how to advertise my business would be appropriated. Thanks in advance

Some local television stations offer online classifieds that are usually free. If you know of any lifestyle bloggers (sometimes called 'mommy' bloggers) in your area, you might make a pitch to them, to try to get reviewed or advertise with them. Also, you might give Twitter a try, as well as linked-in. Good luck!

hey,
The best and the cheapest way in all the above things u did is a website...but the catch is.. it should rank good on Google and other search engines when someone searches a service like urs..example "wedding photographer New york" ....

Mail me ur website link, i can check it out and let u know on what can u do to make it more visible on the internet.

You should also look for more local classified sites. Also along with these online marketing campaigns you must design professional business cards as well with all important information most importantly the contact information on them. Business cards really prove very effective in generating sales specially for a new business.

Try social media. Try website that specializes in promoting small business such as http://www.40Billion.com.
For a small fee they will promote your business to over 100K customers. They are good and have been promoting small business over five years.
