Internet connection problem pls help?

Hi i've got a problem with our wireless internet connection. It often gets disconnected when 2 or more people connect on it.. Coz when i am the only one using the internet with my laptop its smooth and doesn't get disconnected but when my aunt comes home our internet will often get disconnected.. BTW i use a Windows 7 laptop and my aunt uses a Windows Vista laptop i don't know if its related to the problem or not but i just want to mention it coz it might help..

What do you think is the source of our problem?? is it the router?? our router is Netgear MR814 V3 i think its the 2005 model.. is it the source of the problem?? do we need a new one?? coz everytime our internet disconnects we have to restart our router.. and also my PS3 and Xbox 360 can't connect to it but it both recognizes the signal but when i try to connect it says something like the network connection could not be established.. Call your ISP, they should be able to help you with any issues, alot better than people sitting at their computers who cannot physically see the problem, and dont have an overarching knowledge of your internet connection.
