My friend is a Facebook addict! PLEASE HELP!!?

Yea, I need some help. I'm sick of getting Emails from my friend everyday from Facebook and I want to know how to get her to stop?! What should I do? All I did so far was posting a "Facebook Addict" picture on her wall, but that didn't really do much. I can tell she has a problem because she post 500 pictures everyday, she also Tex like 30000 world a day. so yea please help? what should I do to make her slow down a bit on Facebook. Thank You
I would tell her face to face but she lives far away from me and I barely ever see her

Have you tried simply telling her that you are concerned this social networking site may very well be keeping her from doing much more productive things within life? This may or may not be an actually serious thing,but it may very well turn into a big issue that may lead to metaphorical imprisonment for your friend.Tell her you want her to slow down a bit 'cause you are concerned this may be consuming her.You must talk to her about how this makes you feel and what you would like her to do,but approach this in a non argumentative or pushy manner.
