How do you get quick free followers on twitter?

Okay, it has to be FREE, i don't want it to spam things on my twitter page, I want it to actually work, and be fast. Uhmm...yeah..(: Also i dont want it to be a hacking site, please also state how you know it works.

They have twitter tools and downloads for pretty much anything to do with twitter, If I remember correctly I think that they have a tool to help get more friends. Hope this helps and good luck!
