How to "unlike" all my facebook groups?

i got grounded from facebook cuz i had one group with swear words on it. how can i mass unlike all my groups??

Unfortunately, there is no way to do it all at once, but you can go to your friends list, then go to pages, and unlike the ones you might get in trouble for.

Here's the fastest way to do it:

On the upper right corner, click Account
Then, click EDIT FRIENDS
on the leftmost side, click PAGES
Its all in one list, just keep on ex-ing those you don't want anymore

First of all keep in mind that the things you "like" are not called groups, but pages.
