no they will not kno if you rate them they will just kno theyre average score of what everyone rated them

Any application on Facebook must follow the site's privacy policy. One rule that Facebook strongly abides by is that nobody will know who views a person's profile. So applications must follow this policy, too. Hot or Not doesn't tell the person who has voted for them.
Even the supposed "tracking program" Trakzor follows this policy. You must actually click on the Trakzor link in a person's profile to be tracked. This is allowable because tracking in this case is voluntary. |
