Is this girl ignoring me?

So last year around December I met this girl on facebook. She was in 8th grade I was in 9th. We messaged though Facebook for a few months. Then we both just stopped talking for a while. A few weeks ago I decided to ,message her again. We now both go to the same high school. I haven't talked with her in person because I hardly see her around school and we have no classes nor lunch together. She replied to my message I sent but it was very short answers and it was only me asking the questions. Its been 3 weeks since she last replied. She's been a active because she has changed her profile picture and status a few times. I've sent her a hey message once every week so I don't seem too annoying. What should I do? Also I have s crush on this girl but I havent told her yet. Is she ignoring me, playing hard to get or just doesn't like me?

She's ignoring you. If she likes you, she would reply to you at least once. There's no reason why someone can't reply when they're obviously online a lot.
