Facebook and youtube is blocked and always these chinese pop-up ads.. should i re-install windows7?
recently, a few weeks ago, facebook and youtube became blocked on my laptop, for a strange reason. and also these chinese popup ads always appear and when i close them, it brings me to another site.
SHOULD I REFORMAT and reinstall windows 7???
