If I delete someone's comments (I'm the admin), will they get a notification that it was deleted?
Will they get a notification that I did it?
Also, will they get a notification if I delete/ ban them from the group? That it was me?

Nope. I have been kicked out of group and my comments have been deleted and I hadn't known till I went looking for it and it wasn't there. You don't even get a notification if someone deletes/blocks you as a friend.
