Repercussions of creating a facebook group that tracks an unmarked, unmanned van leased out by the police?
Our town has added an unmarked van that photographs those who speed, then they issue a fine to whoever's name is on the title/lease. Is there a law which keeps someone from creating a group on facebook that people identify the position of this unmanned, unmarked van in order to warn the general public?
