u cant. they will unblock u after a week or 2..same happened to me..but in a week i got it back

Sorry but there is no way of lifting the block, it will be in place for the next 3 months, unless you get a new account and start over. People reported you, and facebook banned you from making these posts for a reason (either you were rude, hateful, or overused the feature).
