How do u set a profile picture on twitter?

I know this is a stupid question, but i cant get it to work. I've done it before, so I know how to do it I guess I forgot, but I don't no how i'm doing it wrong because I think it's pretty simple, but any help would be great

Hi,
1.sign into twitter
2.click on profile
3. On the left is a description of you, under that you will see edit your profile and an arrow. Click on edit your profile
4. You will see a row of tabs. Click on Profile.
5. You will be able to add a picture here
