On twitter i mean. i have some now but never seem to increase.

Tweet about interesting things. No one wants to follow a boring person. It's also important that you tweet often. If you aren't tweeting, why would anyone want to follow you? Tweeting often is important but don't overdo it. If you tweet more than 20 times a day it can get annoying to some users especially if it's about useless information. I've been using twitter for about three months now and already I have over 100 followers. I've included some websites that might help you:
