how to hide them in the public "non-friends" view.

You're probably going to get a lot of "You can't hide them" answers,however, there are people I've searched who I know have fan pages and they aren't showing on their private page. I don't know how it is, but that is why I believe it is possible that you can not show your pages. I wish I knew how they are doing it though!!!

when you are on the Facebook home page when you are not signed in there is the four lines and 3 drop down boxes and under that it says "Create a Page for a celebrity, band or business". All you have to do is click the "Create a page" button and it is exactly like making a profile for a person.
