Is it OK to mass email Facebook groups?
I'm admin a Facebook group called "Twitter" which has about 1,700 members. Originally the creator started it to help people gain followers and provide Twitter resources, just for fun!

He got banned from Facebook, I don't know why?! Now I'm left with the group. If I sent an email out to all members once a week would this be annoying and make people leave. I don't see the point in these people being in the group and never get anything out of it.

It would annoy a lot of people, yes. If they are staying already, then they must be getting something out of it, or don't care that they aren't! Leave things be imo.
