Does anybody know how I can contact a Facebook representative or Customer Service directly?
Hi there, thanks for reading. My original profile was deemed as 'spam' for some odd reason. I occasionally use it to get on, see what my friends are doing, like some statuses, and like some photos. I had taken a nap about a week or so ago and went to log back on to my account. I couldn't. It bought me to a checkpoint page where I had to verify that I wasn't spam by entering a verification code. No problem except the number listed was an old number of mine that I no longer have access to. There was an alternate form of verifying who you are, but that didn't work either. You have to submit pictures of verification, and I did, but the 'SEND' button does not work. I've tried it in bounds of 100 + times to still no avail. I tried it on another account, and it worked on there, but not my original one. I've even emailed multiple people on Facebook the pictures and haven't received a response. What's happening? Can I get some help please? It seems as if Facebook does not give one shit about their customers anymore. Every time I tried to post a question asking for an answer ( No vulgar, or abusive language in the post. It was written in a professional manner.) it's deemed as 'spammy' or 'abusive' by Facebook's standards. It seems to me like they're just trying to sweep this problem under the rug. and I'm getting absolutely tired of it. I've tried sending them emails directly too, and still haven't received anything back. I'M GOING INSANE!

Go to bottom right corner of screen and click"help" and then on the left column of choices you should be able to choose "report an issue" and it will go directly to customer service. (note: you may have to first navigate away from home page so it doesn't keep loading at bottom of screen)

Their number should be on the bottom of the facebook website

*(by the way)shorten your question you get more answers that way

facebook doesnt have customer support, because facebook doesnt have customers, they have users

customers pay for something

you probably got the checkpoint screen because you broke the rules by creating more than one account and facebook does not allow this, so they insist you confirm the one account you want to use so they can delete the others

but if your phone number is wrong, there isnt going to be anything you can do to resolve this
