How to tell girlfriend to change her Facebook profile picture?

My girlfriend changed her facebook profile picture and I really don't like it. It's an old one of when she was dating someone else so it's a pic of her and her ex. They're not doing anything romantic; just standing there and smiling. To most they look like just friends, but it makes me feel weird. How should I tell her to change it? I don't want to seem like I'm jealous or obsessive or anything?

Just tell her you don't like it in a nice way or ask her if you could take a picture together and post that.

uh thats a b*tch move on her part .
she probably only did it too try & purposely make you jealous, dont say anything about it to her & that will probably get on her nerves
so yeahhh dont say anything about it .. & change your profile picture to you and either an ex or some other girl
