Hide ALL my personal info from Facebook apps?

It says in the new privacy settings that any application that I do not have can access my "publicly available information" such as my name, profile picture, gender, networks etc.
In the old privacy settings, there was an option which made NONE of my information available (and I could've only used that if I had no authorized applications). Thanks to that option, it was impossible for me to appear on application like Stalker Check. How can I do that with the new privacy settings?
