How do you get the official new facebook layout Timeline?

I want it so badly. I don't want the developer version of it though. I did that one link facebook.com/about/profile but there was no green button to update my layout. Please help me.

Log in to your Facebook account. Click on "Account" in the top right-hand corner, then select "Help Center."
