Why does the same person appear on all facebook friends list?

well i know them but not friends with them on facebook. EVERY TIME i click on my friends page or just random acquaintances pages HIS THERE ON THE LIST! i don't want to add him but he keeps coming up on friend requests on facebooks top right hand corner! what is this?

I think maybe you mean that he shows up as a suggestion, that is what is in the top right corner.

Facebook has a list of suggestions for everybody. One of the criteria they use for deciding who to put as suggestions for you would be how many of your friends are also friends with him. If you do not want him to show up as a suggestion anymore, then hover over the right side of the suggestion, and an x will appear. Click on the x to have that suggestion removed. He won't show up as a suggestion anymore after you do this.
