How do employers do a backround check in the uk?because of the privacy laws,what if you are not on facebook or?
anything what information can they get?do they use special computer software to get information?and since there are privacy laws can someone still hire a private investigator to get information or is that against the law?thanks

The information employers seek is not the same information protected by the privacy laws.
