How to remove yourself from multiple groups on Facebook?

I've joined a lot groups, and I think they are just annoying now. I want to get rid of multiple ones, and I'm having trouble trying to do it with groups. I've figured it out with pages, but I can't figure out a way groups. Usually I can figure this stuff out, but I can't figure it out with groups.

Noah, I considered doing that but having about 50 groups I'd want to delete, it'd take way to much time.

Unfortunately there is no way to do this. Under the info tab you can view them all, but you cannot check multiple boxes and say "unjoin." but you can open tons of groups from the info tab each in it's own internet browser tab and then just unjoin, close the tab, unjoin, close the tab, etc.
