You can try, but it will most likely get your Facebook page account closed or they will make it so that you can no longer invite people to be "friends." When I played games on FB, allot of people would try to add me and ask me not to complain if I didn't want to accept because they had gotten their FB account frozen (friend wise) for asking people they didn't know to become friends.

On Facebook that would be considered rude. You can do fan pages. But adding random people will get you suspended if you do it enough.
