How do I stop e-mail notifications for Facebook?

I get e-mail notifications for just one person on my friends' list everytime she makes a status. I still want her threads on my home page on facebook, but I don't want a notification of it everytime in my e-mail. How do I change this setting? Don't understand how this would happen for just her in the first place. thanks

Under Account Settings on Facebook, Click Notifications, then there should be a box in the upper right hand corner click that and you should stop getting e-mails.
