what is with the overload on ads lately?

So not so recently, like on youtube, facebook and EVEN google images have ads that say "ads not by this site" & many other sites have those too. What the hell is that all about?? it wasn't like that early in like august, mostly started around this september. So anyone know what the hell is whit the overload on ads??

Advertisers all you to see them. And it is only going to get worse. I run several sites and recently got sent an email saying I would have to put ads on my sites. I asked if it was law, they said no, I said up yours. Since then, The servers hosting my sites sites has been under attack. All the more to hate Google, they are EVIL.
