What does the "Only me" privacy setting on Facebook do?
There's a setting I can set so that "Only me" can see pictures I'm tagged in? Does this mean no one else will be able to see them?

Yes, it means that no one can see the pictures except for you.

It gets rid of the photos of me section. People would still be able to see that you're tagged in them if they go to the pictures in your friends' albums
