Twitter problem HELP PLEASE!?

I connected an application to my Twitter a long time ago and it had always worked right. I tried to tweet something through that application but Twitter tells me this:

Whoa there!
There is no request token for this page. That's the special key we need from applications asking to use your Twitter account. Please go back to the site or application that sent you here and try again; it was probably just a mistake.

What does this mean and how can I fix it? Thank you so much!
I've tried several times. And no, it isn't through a smartphone. It's not an app as in a game, it's one of those 3rd parties you can connect on Twitter (Like Instagram and such)

Did you try tweeting it again? And are you running this on a smartphone? If so, tryin uninstalling the application, then reinstalling it if tweeting it again doesnt work.

Remove that apps in your twitter then installed it again now you try to twit..
