I need help on how to start my own business.?
Here is what i want to do in the future:

-I want to open a business/company.

-The business/company will provide nearly everything. For example I will be creating entertaining videos such as film, documentaries and other types of audiovisual content. I will also use the same company name for my own healthy fast food restaurant. This shop will be a type of shop which will sell the tastiest grilled food and many more things. The food shop will be global. I will also start selling my own clothing, again with the same name but the designs will be different (just the name of my company will be on the label of the clothes).

I have a few questions now.

1) Which type of company best suits my preference? (LTD, LLC, CORP and INC.)
2) How do i register my company?
3) What if the name of my company is already taken?
4) What is branding, trademark, copyright and patent? Could you please provide examples?
5) Which countries is best for starting you're business? (Tax free countries etc)

If you are a professional or have high knowledge and can help me more, please provide your contact details such as your facebook profile or email address.

You're never going to do all those things on your list. Which do you think has the most likely chance for success. Check out the resources in your local library for your company set up and development. Odds are good they have a section on starting a small business or similar.

Draw up a business plan enumerating the capital you need to get started, monthly expenses, projected future commissions and profits. Finance is the lifeblood of any business. So ensure that you accumulate more that what is generally required. If your business runs into rough spots during the initial stages, lack of finance will cripple you. Common sources of finance are banks, financial institutions and investors from the industry. Some of the expenses you have to provide for include advertising, commissions, salaries, professional fees, rent, taxes, conveyance, office supplies etc.

Okay Tom, so-o your the idea man, and where is the work force that is going to actually do. I would like to think that the best and longest lasting companies grew, let me say it again, GREW out of a need. There were small operations, mom and pop shops that grew into a business model. They were not business models that went superstar. Just do it, start, pick any one thing and just DO IT, there's your business, if it succeeds that's your company.
