How do i delete this fake "best friends quiz" on facebook?

it sent out a fake notification saying that i answered questions about people, but really i didn't. i clicked to see what it was and clicked 'allowed' (which im guessing is a big mistake) and said i answered questions like "do i think ___ is attractive?"

how do i delete or undo this? it's so embarassing and sent it out to EVERYONE on my facebook friends list!!!!!!

You can edit the permission of apps by going to settings for apps. Make it so it won't send out anything to anyone or to your wall. Or delete the app.
