how to stop showing groups on facebook?

Is there a way to stop seeing what groups people have joined in the facebook live feed, i really dont give a cr@p about if someone has joined a group about rage against the machine or whatever.
or should i just not bother and come off facebook.

sorry there is no setting that stops that. it just does that in case you would like to join too. there is no way to stop the groups oly unless you have certain friends you do not wanna see any more. you can go to the post. scroll on it and go to the left of it click hide and it completely hides the friend's post.

when your on the home page click Live Feed. Once here on the left side of the screen click on "Status Updates". This will only show status updates from friends, not groups or activity.
