my friend made a facebook about a week ago?
no one is receiving his messages. i know that its not because they just dont want to look. he sent me messages too but i never got them. he even gave me his password so i could look at his sent messages. and he sent them to me but i never got them. what can i do to fix it?
he did verify his account and he is my friend on facebook Ads |

also keep in mind that if he sends messages to people who arent yet on his friends list, the messages appear in the "other messages" folder, not the inbox, and you arent notified about them being there do you know how to check your "other messages" folder? Ads |

Try looking in the "other" folder. If your friends is not friends with that person that messaged you then it will move to that folder. Also if he hasn't verified his email address, then the messages wont send correctly. His account has to have a facebook email and an email address. Tell him to check his email
